Before establishing her boutique brokerage, Janita honed her expertise in the highly regulated financial services sector. As a seasoned banking professional, she excelled in mitigating risk, achieving exceptional scores on strict branch security and financial audits, and ensuring absolute regulatory alignment. A natural leader and educator, Janita also served as a Regional Bank Trainer, where she developed a comprehensive, company-wide training manual that standardized operational workflows and security protocols.
